Location very central. Breakfast a good mix of Japanese or Western dishes

Very happy with all the services

We stayed in the guest room, the room was compact and great-sized. The facilities were good and the breakfast was great value and generous with both Japanese food, Japanese options plus ever taste.

The hotel is close to foreign-themed bars, excellent pizza spots, and the Shimane art gallery. the room was spotless and modern with a spacious bedroom. Our trip was very delightful, and we would return anytime.

Nice styled and reasonably large room & exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff was extremely friendly and the dining area served fresh meals.

I enjoyed the reasonably sized room and the comfy bed. the staff was efficient, helpful, and went the extra mile to ensure a fine stay. - the easy and ideal location was very close to Ushio Onsen.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with new and comfortable room designs and furnishings. The staff provide exceptional service, going the extra mile by offering complimentary 'Ramen' in the lobby before bedtime. The location is conveniently close to the train and bus station, making it easy to explore the nearby sights.

No major issues, just a small improvement could be made in terms of room size.

This hotel is conveniently located near a train station and within walking distance to several restaurants. the rooms are clean and some even have extra features like heated toilet seats. Guests can enjoy free laundry services and late-night ramen noodles. the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing clear instructions and apologizing for any technical issues.

Some cups and tea bags were missing from rooms and the bright hallway lights can be disruptive to sleep.

Free Coffee and Helpful Staff

My weekend stay at this budget hotel was a bit disappointing. Although the room was clean, it was very small. On the other hand, the staff was friendly and always willing to help. there was free coffee available in the lobby around the clock and that was fantastic! , the hotel was located near the train station which was really convenient.

The downside of staying at this hotel was that there were limited tourist attractions nearby and the room was very small. The area around the hotel was also a bit desolate and my room was smaller than I expected.

No city view from the bedroom window, although it's not a major issue.

Spent my Christmas in a hotel and it was a great experience! the breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide variety of dishes both Japanese and Western. They also offered a late-night snack of noodles for free. the location was just perfect, within walking distance to the station and tourist spots. Plus, they had laundry facilities and umbrellas for use.

The view from my window was blocked by a nearby building, which was a bummer. the room size was a bit small.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Matsue and I can't recommend it enough! the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable and we got so much for our money. The attention to detail was also impressive. The hotel had everything we needed, from basic amenities to a comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast included. Speaking of breakfast, it was absolutely delicious. There was a wide range of options to choose from, including good plain yoghurt, which I loved. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for the sightseeing we wanted to do. We were able to easily explore the city and visit nearby attractions.

Everything was great, no complaints whatsoever.
